Everybody is scrambling to grab what few tourist dollars are still around, it seems. Hot on the heels of the Phuket Free Nights promotion I noted earlier this week is news of a similar promotion by the Bali Hotels Association. Called "Bali Bonus Nights", the promotion offers one night free accommodation with a minimum booking. The minimum booking depends on where you’re from: Southeast Asian residents get a fourth night free when booking three nights; ANZ citizens get a sixth night with five nights reservation; and everyone else gets an eighth night when staying seven. Sounds a bit complicated, doesn’t it?

Participating hotels include some of Bali’s most luxurious properties, such as the Aman resorts, Bulgari, Conrad, the Elysian, the Haven, Como Shambala Estates, and many more. Bookings must be made before 30 April, for stays up to 30 June only. Check hotel web sites for their participation and details.
